Dear Hope Family,

Hope Church is open for public worship this Sunday at the usually time of 10:30 am.

You can also watch live this Sunday through this link:

There will be the regular audio recording on the church’s website and we hope to get it onto You tube too.

Mid- week Church Life and Gatherings:

We are actively setting up ways to continue small groups, prayer meetings, the Student Youth Ministry all via social media, as well as resources for Children and Families. More information will follow. In the meantime remember this is the moment when social distancing must be practiced in order to have any effect.

Communicating and Caring:

Although we cannot all meet together, it is imperative that we communicate with each other more now than normally. This is especially important for those who live alone. Please take every opportunity that phones and social media provide us with to be in contact with one another. Elders and deacons will make regular contact as the situation develops.

This is also an opportunity to serve our neighbors and to keep an eye out for those who may be very isolated. Let the reality of our faith demonstrate itself in kindness and calmness.

We want to be able to help those most impacted by this situation. Many people’s work will be affected in the weeks that lie ahead. So please remember to fuel the work of the church and its ministry by continually to worship God with your financial giving. You can find out how to do that here:

In all of this God will be doing many things and ask many things of us. One thing for sure is that he is calling us to new heights of prayer and intercession: for family, friends, neighbors as well as our church family. But let us also remember to pray for local and Federal government, healthcare providers and their families as well as those who may become infected or impacted with other health issues in these days.

If you have a prayer request or a special need please do not hesitate to contact us.

Every blessing in Christ,

Pastor Chris
